Matthew,
you can remove yourself from the List by going to
http://www.onelist.com ,
login with your
Email and password then remove yourself from the list.
There is an alternative to the list, which is you can subscribe to the
digest version.
If you still have problems removing yourself from the list please send an
Email to
eq_wizards-owner@onelist.com
