My Frost Spiral has always done a minimum of 40-43, and will only do less if
there's more than 2 creatures. I do NOT suggest using this spell if you're
soloing as the chance of pissing off a lot of creatures is bad. Good spell
if your tank is engaging more than your party can handle. What I usually do
is damage everything we're fighting to lower their overall hps, and then
start taking things out one by one. Our group uses the /assist command to
quickly reduce the number of creatures attacking us. Works great. Don't
forget that you can 'target' your party members using the F1-F6 keys.
Specifically have your tank engage and then everyone's targeting him and
then 'assists'. Once dead, repeat with next monster. If main tank is in
trouble, we switch to backup tank while main retreats for heals or has to
run.

Max damage I've seen is 42 per. It varies below that quite often! Yes, you
would cast it upon yourself... not that it would matter too much as your are
soloing anyway.

How much damage does Frost Spiral do to creatures around and if I'm
soloing do I cast it on myself?

TIA
