Unfortunately, the answer to your question is no. Once you are PvP, you
can't cast ANY spells on nonPCP ppl, even if its benefical and they are in
your party. I found this out the hard way when a friend of mine started a
new cleric, accidentally turned the book in (he was new and didn't know what
turning the book in meant), and then tried to cast heal on me. It said I
was protected from his spells, even though I was in the same group as him.
Major bummer.
There is a rumor of a quest out there that can turn you back to nonPvP. I
don't know what it is though and I'm not even sure if its implemented yet.
