I have mine, a gift from a friend, and have had it for about 15 levels. Im not alone, it seems everyone on Tunare has one, they sell for 1000p or so. Not surprised really, if they do cap it. Its much too easy for all our high levels to kill the guy.

It was on the Prexus Server. I was pretty pissed since I was planning to
get one soon. I figured that it was becoming too easy for higher lvls to
get. Maybe now it will be part of a quest.
