NP.
The gob headmaster is at the island where the oracle is. Go
around the island (it is quite small) to the gob camp with the
big stone "Y" pole.
Headmaster spawn in front of one of the huts. (There is a place
holder mob called headhunter that may spawn in his place.)
If you can solo GDB down in unrest, you should have no problem
there.
