Good news...sort of

This particular skull is +20 mana and +5 Magical Resistance. The best part
of it is that i can be attached to the top of a staff (like the priest of
discord). Just need to find out where to have it attached at. Some NPC
must do this.

If you drop it on your characters portrait, it will auto-place the item. If
you think you may have the slot already taken up.. unequip everything,
then try it. If it still doesn't equip.. it is meant to stay in your
inventory. Not in a bag. In your main inventory.
