it is +20 mana and SV MAGIC 25.  It is worth 3 plat to a merchant.  It can<br/>
be used by all classes and races.  Not sure how the hell to use it though.<br/>
I&#39;ve tried removing my totem staff and placing it in my<br/>
hand...nothing.....tried leaving it in my inventory...nothing.  I have no<br/>
clue how to use this nice item.  Any suggestions?<br/>
