I dun think so... a group in the mid 20s would work from what I
understand...I haven't acquired one yet, but I'm not up there in levels due
to lack of playing time lately.. :) I could be wrong though.. I didn't
mean to imply that one person alone could get this item..but I guess it
kinda looked that way... (you'll have to excuse my quicky reply)... that
would be tough unless the player was way up there
