If what you want is a different robe, then here is a list for you. Someone
a while back posted a list of the different robe colors and where they can
be found. The apprentice robes you can purchase in the wizard guilds,
mostly. The gnome yellow one is race specific, but I haven't found the
others to be. A couple are class specific (like the black one for necros in
Neriak).

Black Flowing Robe Najena
Blue Robe Erudin, Qeynos
Brown/orange Robe Thaumaturgist Robe (befallen)
Dingy White Robe Damask (befallen)
Green Robe Felwithe
Red Robe Erudin
Violet Robe Freeport
White Robe Gossimer (befallen)
Yellow Robe Ak'anon (Though I think only gnomes can ware
them).
