you have to give her EXACTLY what she wants, if she ask for 25 gold you have to give her GOLD not silver or anything else but gold
(25 gold pieces) i made the same mistake with the pelts. They also have to be the exact quality she ask for, you would think that if she ask for low quality medium would be as fine but it wont work.
