i dont know what the quill and parchment are for, but ive created spells by
just buying the tomb (it's a red book that costs approx 12plat... one time
buy), and putting the proper runes in (a list of runes can be found at
graffe's wizard site). when u combine, u either get a spell, or u get
nothing. either way, u dont get ur runes back :(
