ah and today i saw a 35th level enchanter (enchant platinum!) with a
platinum silver rose quartz VEIL (face slot) dunno what the exact stats are
but from what i've seen... enchanted platinum+silver rose quartz = +7 int.
at least that's what the ring is. veil is probably + even more.
