From 12th to 15th level, the wizards DD spell is not enough to really
draw the mob to you. Thus at those levels you can do an initial blast
then wait. At 16th level our damage is enough to draw any mob right on
us when we blast. Thus, after 16th it is best to wait until the tanks do
some damage first.
