What you are doing by counting and taking your turn at a monster in that
way is not kill stealing in my opinion. The folks that blatantly do it to
spite others are the ones that are the problem. If you didn't do that at a
derv camp you wouldn't get ANYTHING at all. People would pass you by. I
have been in that situation before. Sometimes groups are very greedy and
don't let the little solo guy next to them take a turn when it would just
benefit them to heal up and rest for a few moments.
