I must agree with this. Wizards are NOT
buffers/debuffers - there are other classes for this
task. However, since we are the masters of offense,
having an offense related shield like that is right up
our alley. It might add nice variety to have
fire/cold/water, etc. shields that do damage for every
attack, but don't confer any increase in AC etc.
