I do believe the only time you get the bump to int or mana, etc is when you
have the item on or holding it in cases of other items you don't actually
wear... at a loss for what those are exactly by name, but they are out
there...you get plus 30 mana when putting on "x" item, it only goes to
reason you lose the mana bump when you take "x" off again...gotta pick and
choose which things are worthwhile to wear... Otherwise everyone would be
trading and then the casting classes would have unlimited mana at their
disposal.
