Heum i already get the boot and the belt. But for the cloak, chanda don't
want to sell to anyone. So When you talk about some faction, i think the
only way to get the cloak is to help his family in karana (by killing
scarecrow?). Any idea for this "quest" ?
A very very good cape for wizzard is the cap from everfrost. You can see
there an npc with a pet named iceberg (a polar bear). This npc sell a cape
for 5 platinium if you can provide her with a polar bear pelt. This cape is
great cause everyone can wear it and it s 5 ac 20 protection vs cold.
