Not true. Woven can be found outside of Guk also. Froglok Foragers and
Kobold Hunters carry woven armor. I managed to get a full set of woven
armor (after some trading) by just killing Foragers and Hunters in the Innothule

Swamp area.

I would agree with this, don't go past the bridge.
