ok, question: i'm 16th level. i could not possibly get a flowing black robe.
but what if my lower level character has one? i didn't give it to the
char... is that twinking? I do not believe it is, unless you have some guild
give you a lot of money to go get one.
but if i give my lower level char some hugely valued item for the fun of it,
it's twinking. i'd appreciate it if you would all back off. i already
reported it and IT IS AGAINST the rules. stop whining
