jacks up the price big time to sell it out.  The player that sold it to the<br/>
shopkeeper only got 2pp or so i think, so if you want to buy runes advertise<br/>
on the auction channel and i am sure you can get them for a lot cheaper.<br/>

On a couple occasions I have seen runes for sale in stores for about 12<br/>
plat.  This seems high, but since they are hard to find, should I be<br/>
picking them up?  I have a reasonable amount of plat (10-20), but never<br/>
enough where 12 is cheap.<br/>
