Work on all of them is what I suggest. There are some nice weapons for
wizards in piercing, 1HB and 2HB . Just check around the weapons section on
http://www.gameznet.com/eq/ and you will see that there are tradeoffs for
all skills.. I wish I had folowed my own advice and I am now trying to riase
my 1HB and my percing at lvl 23..

Also, I know alot of lvl 29-30+ wizards that dont even use weapons, they got
a rune tome or soemthing from najena that gives them some nice stat boosts
and sisnce they are never in meelee there is no real need for a weapon
