Root and shoot is a strategy where you root, stand back out of the creatures
range, and nuke till it's dead. This strategy because almost a must a high
lvls. As for Holly Crosstree she only attacks you if you are attacking an
animal, as does Cris Treewind (i believe that's his name, or something close
to that). You should try BlackBurrow, Paw, or the Karanas if you don't want
to fight around those npc's.
