From what I've read that is the price that the NPC Vendor charge.
One of the rouge observations at The Safehouse, is that Pottery Mastery
can be obtained for ~25p. It doesn't suprise me that there are few orders,
but location is everything. Enchanters do Tip well, but until there is other
uses for Thicken Mana - don't expect a rush to make stacks.
