That is why it is best to just /petition about the bug. If you know you won't be on long just try to leave as much info as you can about the bug. Your Petition stays until Checked or no longer than 3 hours.

Well, if it isn't working then you need to let them know via /bug.

My comment on this is that if Verant really cared, then they would patch it.  Nothing speaks louder about Verant than the fact they don't fix the very system they use to listen to us.
