On the subject of cha raising items, in Qeynos, on the plaza by the docks,
there
is a woman npc under an awning (Iala something?) who sells a "Fine Silk
Evening
Shirt" Char + 5. Pretty cheap for the benefit as well. Since, if your
doing pottery
or another trade skill, your probably not fighting, swapping that for your
armor
before buying or selling may be worth it.
