Found this post on Necromonitor . ..
The L20, and L24 pet spells are in Oggok, in the Shadow Knight guild. The
L29 pet is in the Ocean of Tears. If you get off the boat at Sister Isle, go
left of the dock, you will see an isle in the distance. Swim over to this
isle, and you will see a small tower. There is a lady there, that sells it.
Now, Necros, as far as I know cannot buy these spells, because they will be
killed on site. I had a friend help me.
