I only use two myself, pet attack and pet health.. after summoning a pet i do
one of two things, /pet follow me or /pet guard me depending on how i'm
playing at the time (with a group or solo).. the pet will return to previous
status after killing a monster.. i rarely use sit and stand.. only if it's
poisoned by something and isn't regenning fast enough.
