I just made lvl 16 and have been unable to locate restless bones, feign death, and banshee aura in the neriak necro guild.  Are these research only spells now or are they available elsewhere still?

Also, I bought the Diabolique book but can&#39;t read but the occasional work.  What language do I need to learn to be able to read this book?  Thanks!
