Actually Ogres and Trolls are KOS in Freeport I believe (or maybe my
Troll friend just visited the wrong shopkeeper). Gnomes are tolerated just
about anywhere I believe except Grobb and Oggok, and maybe North Freeport
but I think it has more to do with your deity than anything else.
