i a necro on pvp but i never heard you aren't allowed to cast DOT spell on
PCs. i dont' really know though cuz i have never PKed anyone or got PKed
yet.

i do heard, however...that death resulting from another player's pet or DOT
will cuase u to lose xp which is a bug.
