another quest in Karnors that can raise your Venril Sather faction (Outpost<br/>
faction), but it is broken.<br/>

Hello All,<br/>
I&#39;m new to this list, but been playing EQ for over a year now.<br/>
Just started an iksar necro and I&#39;m curious about faction in theOverthere.<br/>
Does anyone know if an iksar necro can do quests that occur in the overthere<br/>
outpost? specifically I want to do the sarnak warbraid one.<br/>
Any help&#39;d be greatly appreciated.<br/>
