I agree with most, but John never mentioned what race he was. If your a
Gnome or Erudite necro... DO THE MYSTIC CLOAK QUEST!!! It's a much better
item than the Molten cloak, Mystic Cloak stats are AC8 INT+5 SVMagic+5. Dark
Elves will have a very hard time doing the quest because of factions.
Harvester is a one handed, stat adjusting item. Much like your Stein is.
Stats are AC4 STR+5 CHA-5 INT+5 WT8 and lets you see inviso the entire time
that you are holding it and be held in either the Primary or Secondary slot.
I believe that Necro should look like a necro! When just cruising around I
will carry the Harvester and Words of Darkness. Both of these are Necro only
and when people see you, there is no doubt you are what you are. When
Fighting I carry the Stein and a Split Paw Tome, both items together will
boost your INT by 20. Words of Darkness will have to be completed by your
necro when he is old enough, the book itself and most of the components are
NO DROP.
I think the quest boots suck. Find something else that increases your AC or
INT. Myself I have the JBoots in the foot slot and sold my quest boots.
If your INT gets to 200... replace sleeves with Azure sleeves and get the
extra AC.

feet: the quest necro boots are nice if ya cant get Ebooties
wrists: black chittin bracers or polished bone bracers
hands: bloodstained gloves, impskin or also the quest gloves are quite nice
(and black too)
arms: gator or embroided
shoulders: embroided cape
face: bone mask
neck: 7str/7int necklace
4 int/2 str earings or if you have the cash try to get a ivandyrs hoop. also
theres the batskull earing for 5 int.
rings: plat int rings
legs: black chittin legs or silversilk or whatever you want to find
cloak: molten or whatever you can get your hands on
waist: braided cinch cord
robe: whatever you can find, i using the green puking drape
helm: runed circlet is nice cause of the ac, but i cant stand the look so i
use the nightshade wreath which is graphicless
i might of forgot a couple items here or there... but i dont have many high
end items on me and i have 190 int and enough +mana items too.
