Being a Human Necromancer, I don't quite have the added impact of being
a Dark Elf. However, I can say that you'll never fully counter the KoS
(Kill on Sight) that Necromancers have to deal with. The best you can do is
improve your faction so most of the guards don't kill you on sight and you
can shop with most merchants.

An example. I /con`ed an NPC merchant in an Inn. I got "..kindly
considers you..". I got close enough to open the merchant window, and she
promptly made a stain of me.

I'd guess you Dark Elves have it even worse, I don't know if you can fix
your faction so the guards wont kill you, but since Trolls can, I'd imagin
you can too. Other DE Necros should be able to tell ya. :-)
