Travis is 25-27. I could hunt him with 50/50 luck at
21 and 100% skill (pet nor me dying) at lvl 22 and 23.
At 22 your spells won't be restited as much.
As for exp and loot... He drops 3 plat 33% of the time
and some words for necros and rare drop pages for
enchanters...
he gives 1/4 to 1/3 a bub of exp if you let him beat
on you for a little while. The key is using mana and
losing health to get the good exp. He is really good
exp, I just wish he spawned faster. You can get back
to full hp's and mana just by medding, don't worry
about allure of death. I got about 3 bubs of exp in
about 4 hours.
WARNING: A 23rd lvl Magician with pet... could not
take him when he spawned yellow. He died 3 times in a
row... A bit hard headed he was... Me and my spells
allowed me to hunt him at an earlier lvl. Life taps
and Fear! Fear it...
