I agree. I have a CHR of 61 and I still haven't had a single resist and I
use it quite often and I have used it on just about every common spawn in
South Karana. I have noticed that the stun time is much lower than what I
have seen other Necro's saying that they have seen. I get 1 darkness and
that usually breaks it, I rarely get a chance for a second DoT. I have read
that most seem to get 2-4 DoT's before it breaks. I would be willing to bet
that the resist is MR based and the duration of the stun is CHR based. Not
that it matters anyway since the stun should be gone with todays patch.

I actually don't think ST is CHR based. I know it's a mez, but it's also a
fear. My chr is around 48 and I rarely get resisted on screaming terror by
blues and evens, and it usually lasts for 20 to 30 seconds. I think since it
is a fear spell as well, it is basedsoley on magic resistance. Granted this
is just my opinion, but with a 48 Chr I wouldn't thank I have my about
90-95% success rate if it was CHR based.
