You all are talking about two separate things. Broxx,
lords and normal low 20's evil eyes are in the gorge
of the minotaur. The evil eye that killed you is in
the basement of the castle of clan runnyeye which is a
zone adjacent to the gorge. The evil eyes in runny are
mid 30's wizards, whilke the evil eyes in gorge are
very low 20s enchanters.
Borxx spawns on one side of runnyeye and a normal
wizard eye spawns on the other. Borxx is 37ish, while
them normal one is 32ish. Could be a bit off on the
levels.
