screaming terror will fall under the same category as mesmerize as far as<br/>
resists...prime stat for lowering resists on mes?  That&#39;s right...every<br/>
necro&#39;s lowest stat...charisma.  Hope you didn&#39;t plan on actually *using*<br/>
