Yes, but you should be getting plenty of FS while on yer way to Naggy.

You could also add a mage to send in pets and to damage shield the pets you send in :)

Then a shaman to buff the pets, and to add another pet to the pool.

The enchanter can also cast their quickness line of spells on the pets.

And someone needs to cast some nasty MR buffs as well....hate that AoE fear spell.
