<div id="ygrps-yiv-444482928">I&#39;m L20 now and just got specialize.  Can someone the benefits of specialize. <br/>
 And is there anything special I need to do?  I put a practice in each at my <br/>
guild and they seem to be going up automatically.  What else do I need to do?<br/>
