They spawn in OOT *and* SRO, I have a friend that got them through the
quest, the ancient cyc was lvl 32 when he found it. The little halfling
bastard that gives the quest runs around SOW speed, so when you're carrying
all that gold it's a real pain unless you have a fast friend to hail him and
slow him down so you can catch up.
