3,250 gold...not 325pp.. easiest way to get this to him is bind yourself
near where he is, travel to the bank, then gate back when you have the
money. Other wise, you'll be too overweigt to walk faster than snare.

Ring of the Ancients comes off of a named giant somewhere in OOT I believe.
It's 45th lvl I believe as well.
