Heh the glowing black stone is off a rare and I do mean rare and heavily
camped gnome necro spawn in Qeynos Hills. he spawns in place of skellies at
the ruins. The problem is it's almost always camped by high levels so your
probably not going to be able to do it yet anyway besides I believe he is
level 12 or so.

I kick myself every day over that back when the game first came out I was
wandering in qeynos at level 16 and I saw a gnome necro on my way to BB.
Well I just ignored him and went along on my merry way. Boy was I mad months
later when I found out about the spawn.

Also it's 9intell and some sv vs magic don't remember how much exactly but I
think 10.
