Could anybody tell me what shadow vortex actually<br/>
does? <br/>
I have run across several discussions and it seems<br/>
that it does something like 50pts dd damage and lowers<br/>
the AC by around 18? Is that it? Or am I completly<br/>
crazy?<br/>
