Overall I don't see any use for money except buying important spells at
those levels. As of right now I would suggest that you take on some Aviak
Guards in Lake Rathe and fight them for a bit. They have decent loot and
great exp. All you really need to do is level money will begin to roll in
the 20's and you'll be fine again money wise.
