Screaming terror is due to be fixed soon. Not neccessarily fixed but
improved. Instead of there being a seperate chance to resist the fear and
the Mez componenets, it will be an all or nothing resist at the beginning.
Now if they fail they run off screaming in fear, but do not remember who
did it to them so when the fear wears off they stop where they are non
aggressive. A greatly useful spell for crowd control, especially in
dungeons.
