Brother Hammeron,
At your level of training, you should have little trouble hunting the enemies
of the Silent Fist in Infected Paw. I would advise you to take an ally or two
into the bowels of Paw as you are likely to encounter large forces of gnoll
resistance. It would be wise to talk to our friends of The Silent Fist and
inquire on the advanced headbands; those roads may indeed lead you to Paw as
well.
May Quellious guide you,
Manjushri
Bearer of the Orange Sash of Quellious

Paw is typically empty, and you can find decent loot (bronze weapons,
snakeskin
armor, the occasional gemstone, etc.) with little competition. I would advise
you at your level to take a few adventurers with you (prefereable a caster
with
root as trains happen... just like Blackburrow). You should receive decent XP
from Splitpaw Nobles, Commanders, and High Shamans--which incidentally drop
the
quest components for the red headband quest.
