Is there a special cloak for monks only, my friend was telling me about it
yesterday. He said it was a blood something I think, anybody heard about
this?

When you think about it Journey men boots are no DROp...it would be close to
imposible to get them at level 6.......meaning he must of had 5 level 50 's
