at 17th, the gargs in both Mistmoore and OOT will con bright red. I was
hunting OOT gargs at 22 and 23 in a group, then 24 and 25 solo. I haven't
been to MM in a bit. but if I remember right, the gargs there are a little
tougher than their OOT cousins.
