I know there has been a lot said on this so I will keep it short. When you
zone out from Freeport into the desert area (sorry, forgot the name) stay on
your left 'till you come to the hut/house near the mntn. Almost directly up
the mntn from there I have fallen 10 times per trip consistently and
sometimes 11. Falling that many times you REALLY raise your Safe Fall
quickly. When I was lvl 15ish I maxed out that lvl's worth in under 5 min.
real time. Not bad, eh? :)
