In Befallen, 3rd level, past the false wall, in the alcove to the left:
The Thaumologist(? Can't remember since we killed her so fast...<EG>) drops Marnek's Dagger.
Priest Amiaz drops the Blackened Wand(Marnek's Wand?). He spawns in the same place as the Thaumologist.
I was there a couple of weeks ago and the place was deserted (Karana server).
I think the Priest Zaharn in Permafrost drops the coronet. I hear he is around level 30.
